What is the production time?
Most of our products are custom made to order. Because of this, production usually takes 1–4 weeks, depending on the product and the level of customization. We always do our best to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.
For stock products, the processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipping.
What is the return policy
Because we sell both custom products and stock products, our return policy differs depending on the item.
Custom Products
Products that are custom made or customized (for example specific colors or special configurations) can only be returned if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Stock Products
Stock items can be returned if:
The product is unused
The product has not been mounted or installed
The product is not damaged
The product is returned in its original condition and packaging
Products that have been mounted, installed, or used cannot be returned.
